Since 2024 – where appropriate – I’ve been asking clients to complete a short satisfaction survey to help verify the effectiveness of the services I offer.
The survey consists of three questions:
- Based on the agreed ‘mission’, have you seen any improvement in your relationship since working with South Devon Couples Therapy?
- Would you recommend South Devon Couples Therapy to a friend or family member?
- Do you feel more confident in your ability to handle relationship challenges after working with South Devon Couples Therapy?
Satisfaction Results
Based on completed surveys:
- Face-to-face sessions: 100% satisfaction rating
- Discernment Counselling: 100% satisfaction rating
- Two-Day Intensives: 100% satisfaction rating
I don’t have results for online Zoom sessions, as I haven’t felt it appropriate to ask those clients for feedback.
